Your shots of the boat and ice are super! Did you all have to chip off all that ice? Seems like it would add a lot of weight and maybe cause some instability??? [Listen to me, like I know what I'm talking about. LOL!]
I hope the heat on your tug is up to it's job. Being on the water can be soooo cold!!
